Product to be used in pastry preparation, ideal for preparing excellent spoon specialties such as cakes, mousses and single portions of semifreddo.
Dosage:
Mousse Powder 150g
Whipping Cream 1000 ml
Pour all the ingredients into a container, whip them with a stand mixer, pour the mousse into the molds. Freeze for about 6 hours, unmold, decorate and refrigerate.
