To use with fresh flowers: Fill spike approximately half full with only fresh water and attach silicone cao to top. Position flowers in the spike and insert into the cake, keeping the silicone cap above the cake surface. For gum paste or artificial flowers, insert wires directly into the spike or add a small amount of fondant into the spike to help hold the flowers in place.
Use and Care: Before first and after each use, wash and dry throughly . Dishwasher safe; top rack.
