Add textured decorative details to fondant and gum paste!
Roll: Roll out fondant 1/8 inches to 1/16 inches thick. To prevent sticking lightly dust roller with cornstarch or rub a thin layer of solid vegetable shortening on the surface of the fondant before embossing pattern.
Emboss: Use the embosser to roll over fondnat, pushing away from you to emboss.
Cut: Use knife or fondant trimmer to cut out strips to desired lengths.
Decorate: Use either damp brush or piping gel to attach fondant.
Use and Care: Before first and after each use, hand wash in a warm, soapy water. Do not submerge in water. Rinse and air dry thoroughly.
