Ingredients: Mono and diglyceride fatty acid esters, diacetyl tartrate mono-diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium stearate lactate, guar gum, xanthan gum, sodium alginate, hydroxypropyl starch, maltodextrin.

Dosage: 0.4% – 0.5%

Usage: After calculatingthe amount of the stabilizer, mix it with sugar by ratio 1:5 (stabilizer 1, and sugar 5), gradually add the mixture to ice cream material, blending well.
