Create one-of-a-kind design Temari Cakes! Learn the art of covering a ball shape neatly and creating these amazing looking cakes that can be used for weddings as favours or as Christmas bobbles on your Vhristmas tables! This style of decoration will surprise and delight your friends and family!

In this workshop you will learn:

  • The art of covering a ball shaped seamlessly
  • The technique to decorate the Temari Cakes
  • Pipe designs on them with Royal Icing

We will provide:

  • Ball shaped cakes to decorate
  • Small cake boards
  • Fondant to cover the cakes

You will need to Bring:

  • 1-2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1-2 tbsp Icing Sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp Shortening
  • Small Knife
  • Box to take home the ready temari cakes
  • Small Rolling Pin
  • Roll & Cut Mat
  • Spatula
  • paint Brush
  • Big Dusting Brush (like a blusher brush)
  • Colour Dust (colours of your choice)
  • Icing Colours (colours of your choice)
  • Piping Bags
