In this workshop you will learn:

  • The art and science of baking.
  • How to prepare the batter for the cakes (Working with a partner).
  • How to prepare a pan for baking.
  • The Do’s and Don’ts of Baking.
  • How to make the ever popular Cream Cheese Icing that compliments both the cakes.

We will provide:

  • All ingredients to bake the cakes
  • Box to take the ready cakes home
  • Recipes

You will need to bring:

  • Apron
  • Small notebook to take down notes
  • Facemasks & Gloves
